However, Boardroom Excellence Up does not guarantee job placement, board appointments, or any specific business or personal outcomes as a result of participation.

8. Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality education. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@boardexcelinst.com within 7 calendar days of course purchase.

Refunds will not be granted once more than 20% of course content has been accessed.

In-person or live virtual training events may be eligible for a refund if canceled no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with this policy or appear to be made in bad faith.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boardroom Excellence Up shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the website or services.
